We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and instant back transfers through Paypal.com or Google Checkout . Ecrater will direct you to make your payment via Paypal or Google Checkout at the end of the checkout process. Please pay promptly.
US Shipping
Orders will ship in 2-4 days. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Items are shipping via USPS First Class mail, which takes 6-10 business days to arrive. If you would like Priority 3 day shipping, which is trackable, please email me before making payment and I'll email you an updated Paypal payment request.
International Shipping
Orders will ship in 2-4 days. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Items are shipping via USPS International First Class mail, which takes 8-12 business days to arrive.
Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item email orders@tillybloom.com within 3 days of receipt in order to proceed with a return or exchange. Any product to be exchanged must be returned in its packaging, with all labels, unused and undamaged within 14 days. Refunds will be paid, less the price of postage. It is recommended that you use delivery confirmation to prevent loss. No responsibility can be accepted by TillyBloom© for loss of returned products not sent with tracking. Exchange options can be discussed via email. Note: All items are thoroughly examined just prior to being shipped to ensure high standards.
Production
Every item is constructed (or reconstructed) by hand with great attention and care. As result of my peculiar whims and fleeting fancies, many things are one-of-a-kind or part of a limited group of series. Although the greatest care goes into make these items, being merely human the finished product will not look as streamline as a mass-made product; this is part of the charm of handmade objects - so embrace human-made and enjoy your unique new gift!
Website Updates
With regards to Objects and other one-of-a-kind items, please note that although the website is updated regularly, items are not automatically removed from the web site once sold; thus there is a small chance you will see and fall in love with a sold item, before the website has been updated. The bracelets are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced, so if you see one you like, buy it quickly before someone else does!

Procedures regarding problems with return or exchange can only be dealt with within the time scales stated in the terms and conditions. Once a Tilly Bloom product has been used it is your responsibility. Any items posted back in a used or dirty condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Every effort has been made to ensure the products have been represented as truthfully as possible, yet due to differences in computer screens and in personal interpretation, color and texture may vary.
